Biography

Meet Louie Snyder – Your Trusted Partner for all your real estate needs!

I have a strong desire to help people – the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! I’m detail-oriented, fiercely loyal, and dedicated to a job well done. I was born in Indianapolis and raised as a proud Spring Mill Bulldog, Westlane Wildcat, and Brebeuf Brave. I then furthered my education at Indiana University Bloomington, eventually focusing on management after investigating a few other majors along the way.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring both the natural and curated beauty of central Indiana, be it hiking in Eagle Creek, playing a quick 18 at a local course, or even soaking up the Nature Preserve in my own backyard with the family dogs, Minnie and Winnie. My ever-growing indoor and outdoor plant collections are coming along quite well. Stop by our office and check a few of them out!

I’ve spent my life studying and supporting my mom’s best practices both consciously and unconsciously (I’ve been putting “for sale” and “open house” signs in lawns for over a decade)! I’m excited to put my knowledge to work with first-time and seasoned home buyers. I promise to show up to work every day, eager to learn in this ever-changing market.
