Indianapolis certainly does sports like no one else. This summer, we saw the amazing success of the Olympic Swimming Trials at Lucas Oil. With the pools gone, and the water returned to the White River, it’s time to think about football.
While the official Indianapolis Colts schedule doesn’t begin until the end of August, there are still plenty of opportunities for you and your family to watch the gridiron practices at Grand Park in Westfield, Indiana. Some Colts training camp practices are FREE (tickets needed) and the Primetime events cost $5. Those aged 17 and under are free. Practices are open to the public at a variety of times.
A list of events and availability is listed here. You can also go downtown to participate in the Colts 5K and Fun Run on Saturday, August 17.
Last year, the outset, the Colts established themselves as formidable contenders in the AFC South, leveraging a balanced offense and a robust defense. Quarterback Carson Wentz showcased his prowess, orchestrating the offense with precision while forming a potent connection with star wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. Their synergy on the field became a cornerstone of the Colts’ offensive strategy, consistently delivering crucial plays and pivotal touchdowns. The Indianapolis Colts ended their 2023 season in a heartbreaking 23-19 loss to the division rival Houston Texans. But all of that is in the rearview mirror. It’s time to look at the 2024 season.
When you’re ready to see the official Indianapolis Colts roster in action against the other teams in the AFC South, this is the 2024 schedule (as of the time of publication) to add to your calendar:
